Luxembourg
Laetitia Cesari
Laetitia is a consultant at the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR). She is also a doctoral researcher at the University of Luxembourg. She specializes in space law and policy, focusing on security and safety aspects, space traffic management and space situational awareness. She also studies the nexus between space and cybersecurity.
Philippines
Jerry Yao
Jerry is a Space Policy consultant and researcher interested in the development of transparency and confidence-building measures in outer space. His background in engineering physics and international relations situates him ideally in the communications gap between the technical and policy aspects of space-translating and contextualising problems and solutions from both sides. He has written academically and for wide-readership platforms in the space industry, and has also spoken as an expert on trends in the space sector.
Germany
Katharina Prall
Katharina is a research assistant at the technology law firm BHO Legal. She studied law at the University of Cologne. During her studies, she specialized in public international law and European law and participated in various international space law related student activities like the IISL Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court. In 2024, she has started her Ph.D. in space law. Her professional and academic research in space law focuses on space sustainability and safety, national space laws, commercial space activities and new technologies.

Thomas Graham
Thomas is a PhD Candidate at the Swinburne University of Technology researching the legal and policy aspects of artificial intelligence in the space industry. He is also an Australian lawyer, a member of the Space Law Council of Australia and New Zealand and the International Institute of Space Law, and was previously the regulatory manager of the Melbourne Space Program.

Giuseppe Montaperto
Giuseppe Montaperto is an officer of the Italian Navy specialized in dealing with legal issues since 2002. After having served on board several ships of the Italian Naval Fleet - also holding the position of Head of Administrative Service of the Training Ship Amerigo Vespucci -, he carried out the role as Responsible for the Investigation and Management of Administrative, Civil and Criminal Disputes, for the Naval General Staff, in support of the competent State Attorney's Offices or the direct defence in court where there is no mandatory patronage of the State Attorney.
Andrea Lanci
Captain Andrea Lanci is an Italian Army Engineer Officer. In 2020, upon completing a Master's Course in Space Engineering, he transitioned to the newly established Italian Space Operations Command. Currently, he serves as a Space Engineer, contributing to operational planning and defining requirements for future space systems. Captain Lanci is fervently dedicated to innovation and geopolitics.
Giovanni Tricco
Giovanni is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Bologna & Vrije Universiteit Brussel, researching the governance of AI in outer space. His research focuses on the application and regulation of AI in large satellite constellations, aiming to enhance the safety and sustainability of the space environment. Believer that the benefits of space activities should be shared equitably for societal betterment.
Greece
Evgenia Yvonni
Evgenia Yvonni is a Greek attorney-at-law, currently a doctoral researcher at the FINATRAX group of the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT), University of Luxembourg. Her research focuses mainly on the legal and governance aspects of artificial intelligence (AI) and information systems in the FinTech and SpaceTech sectors. She is also an alumna of the Advanced LL.M “Air and Space Law” at International Institute of Air and Space Law, Leiden University, and holds an Inter-University M.Sc. “Law and Informatics” from the University of Macedonia & Democritus University of Thrace. Previously, she worked as an attorney in the private sector and as a legal advisor for the Greek Ministry of Justice.
George Kyriakopolous
George is an Associate Professor of International Law at the School of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. George does research in Public International Law, Space Law, Air Law, Law of the Sea, International Telecommunications Law, Cyber Law and International Institutions. He has a Docteur en droit (PhD) in International Law, Paris 2 University (Panthéon-Assas), on the subject of «La sécurité de l’aviation civile en droit international public», which was awarded the Prix de thèse of the French Society of Air and Space Law. He has been a Delegate for Greece at ICAO, UNCOPUOS, and COSPAS-SARSAT. He has previously served as a Rapporteur to the Scientific Council of the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a member of the Greek Air Accident Investigation and Aviation Safety Board.
John Tziouras
John holds a PhD in Space Security Law from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh), and he received his LL.M, in Law and Technology from the Tilburg Law School, as well as in International & European Legal Studies from the Faculty of Law (AUTh). He was the coordinator of the 1st Summer Course on “Space & Technology 4All” held in Thessaloniki in 2023 (Erasmus+ project). In 2022 he launched “Spaceanalytica” a consulting platform in Greece for startups in the space sector. Since 2016, he works for local governmental authorities in Greece on Green and Digital transition portfolio.
Ilias Tsitsios
Ilias is a Captain, Flight Instructor and Test Pilot in EMB-135/145 airplanes, serving in
NATO as an Air Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME). Currently, he is a PhD
candidate in Space Law in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He also possesses an LLM in Legal Theory & Interdisciplinary Legal Studies with specialisation in ICT Law,
a MSc in Human Factors in Aviation and a Certificate in “Strategic Space Law” from
McGill University. Ilias has attended several Space & Space Law-related courses as
well as courses related to International Humanitarian Law (IHL) mainly held from
NATO.

Dr Anna Marie Brennan
Anna is a Senior Lecturer (Above the Bar) at Te Piringa Faculty of Law, the University of Waikato in New Zealand. She was previously a lecturer in law at the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom and University College Cork in Ireland.

Maria Lucas Rhimbassen
Maria is a space jurist and published scholar, currently based on the Côte d'Azur, southern France, who has worked several years as a research associate at the University of Toulouse in space law, where she taught several courses at the graduate and executive levels (Toulouse School of Economics, Toulouse School of Business, ISAE-Supaero, etc.) and has consulted with several key actors from both public and private aerospace sectors (CNES, Airbus, Thales Alenia Space, etc.). Maria holds a Juris Doctor (University of Moncton), a Master's degree in management (HEC Montreal), a Certificate in strategic space law (Mcgill University) and is pursuing a doctoral thesis in France on competition law on the space market.
Dr Anne-Sophie Martin
Anne-Sophie is a research fellow at the Institute for International Legal Studies of the National Research Council (ISGI-CNR), Rome, Italy. She received her LL.M. in Space Law and Telecommunications Law from the University of Paris-Saclay (France) and her Ph.D. from Sapienza University of Rome (Italy). She is a member of the Legal Council of For All Moonkind and a Senior Fellow in the For All Moonkind’s Institute on Space Law and Ethics. She is also a member of the International Astronomical Union’s Centre for the Protection of the Dark and Quiet Skies. Since 2021, she participates in the Global Expert Group on Sustainable Lunar Activities. Between 2016 and 2019, she was an observer in The Hague Space Resources Governance Working Group.

Barbora is a student of Law and Jurisprudence at Charles University. Her research focuses on national space laws and regulation of new technologies and activities in space, particularly space tourism. She is passionate about promoting space law in her home country of Czechia and advocates for more involvement of non-STEM fields in the space industry.

Diego is an attorney graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) with over 10 years of professional experience in international law firms on data protection, telecommunications, space law and digital regulation. He holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunications Law, Data Protection, Audiovisual and Information Society Law from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
He is the founding partner and current President of the Ecuadorian Data Protection Association. He is also the secretary director of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Innovation and Technology CITEC and Professor of Legal Innovation and LegalTech at several universities in Ecuador.

Nayoung works as a senior researcher at KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute). She has a Doctor degree in space law from the Institute of Air Law, Space Law and Cyber Law at the University of Cologne. She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Waseda University and LL.M. in international air & space law from Keio and Leiden University.

Ajay is a conscious human-being, research scholar, academician, law teacher and artist at the core of the heart. Deckri is a recent graduate from Faculty of Law Universitas Indonesia. His curiosity in emerging technology led him to represent Indonesia at XR Hub Korea Innovation Conference 2023. Currently involved in Deloitte Cyber Risk Advisory, he is actively contributing to the Indonesian privacy & artificial intelligence arena through legal scholarship and inputs for various draft regulations to shape a better future.

Eleonore is a law graduate from Universitas Indonesia. Passionate about the intersection of law and technology, she pursued a minor at VU Amsterdam in Technology, Law, and Ethics and participated in the multidisciplinary summer course in Artificial Intelligence & Space Law initiated by ALTI.
